At Lavande, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You receive a damaged product

  • You receive an incorrect product

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refund Request Process

  • Email us at service.lavande@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos or video of the damaged/incorrect item

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days.

Refund Approval

  • Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds may take 7–14 working days to reflect in your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or color selection by the customer

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged)

Exchange / Replacement

  • In case of approved claims, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to an error from Lavande.
